We are often asked if our spay-neuter services are "free".

Unfortunately, with the exception of certain grant-funded special programs, we HAVE to charge a very small copay, as we do NOT receive discounts from vets for their services, and we also do NOT receive public support in the way of donations...with (VERY) rare exceptions.

We pay the costs for every surgery, even those with complications that may increase the bottom line substantially; we also, when able, provide free rabies vaccinations, such as to feral cats.

This said-we continue to exist because of the generosity of grantors-period.

We offer "free" when this generosity enables us to do so. We wish we COULD offer ALL spay-neuter free of any charge-but we simply cannot.
