📚 Little Libraries, BIG Opportunities! ❤️

Yesterday, United Way of Pinal County and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona installed three Little Free Libraries across Pinal County! Thanks to the generous support and partnership of AZ Blue, these libraries are now available at:

📍 CAHRA in Eloy
📍 Casa Grande Alliance in Casa Grande
📍 City of Maricopa Copper Sky Recreation Complex in Maricopa

Each library includes books for community members to enjoy, including bilingual books co-authored by our very own Sonia Soto! 📖 We Are Puppeteers

We encourage everyone to stop by, discover a new story, and share the joy of reading with their families. Every book opens a door to learning, imagination, and new possibilities!

A heartfelt thank you to AZ Blue, Southwest Human Development and all our community partners who helped make this possible. Together, we're building stronger communities, one book at a time! 💙

Right here in Pinal County, over 3,000 children receive a free book every month through our Reading by 3rd Grade Initiative, in partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
Behind every book is a community of people who believe in the power of giving—our donors, volunteers, local partners and supporters who help make this program possible.

Today, on Give Like Dolly Day, you can help us reach even more children and families in Pinal County.

Every gift helps us continue building a community where children can grow up surrounded by the joy of books and reading.

📖 ONE BOOK CAN CHANGE A CHILD’S WORLD. 💛

On September 25, Give Like Dolly Day, you can help put a new, high-quality book into the hands of a child right here in Pinal County.

Through United Way of Pinal County’s Reading by 3rd Grade Initiative, in partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, children from birth to age 5 receive a free book every month—delivered right to their home. 📖🏠
But we need your help to keep those books coming. Your donation can help a child discover the joy of reading, build early literacy skills, and dream a little bigger.

💛 Give Like Dolly. Give locally. Give a child a book.

Give Like Dolly Day is coming September 25!

Dolly Parton believed in giving back and helping children dream bigger—and this year, we’re celebrating that spirit through Give Like Dolly Day.

On September 25, we’re inviting communities all over the world to join us in giving back to children by supporting your local Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program. Your support helps make it possible for the children in your community to receive a free, high-quality book every month from birth to age 5.

📚3,000+ Pinal County children. One book every month. A lifetime of possibilities.

A huge thank you to Pinal Central and Casa Grande Dispatch for sharing the story of our Reading by 3rd Grade Initiative, in partnership with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. ❤️

Demand for this program is HIGH, and we need additional funding to reach more children currently waiting for a spot.

Together, we can put more books in the hands of Pinal County’s youngest readers. 📖💙
