Three days of learning, connecting, and growing at the National CAPACD Convention.

This year’s theme, Anchored in Place. Powered by Communities., reminded us that lasting change starts with community. We’re leaving inspired, empowered, and refreshed after learning from incredible AAPI leaders and building new connections from across the country.

Grateful for the experience and excited to bring these lessons home.

As we celebrate the opening Samoan Flag Day, our community also stood in solidarity with our families in American Samoa who continue to oppose deep sea mining.

Our moana has sustained our people for generations, and together we marched to remind everyone that protecting our ocean means protecting our future.

Fa’afetai tele lava to every person who showed up, marched beside us, held a sign, and shared our message. We are stronger when we stand together.
