🎉 The Carroll Community Festival is excited to welcome Kaitlynn Mauck as the Grand Marshal of the 2026 Carroll Community Festival Parade! 🎉

Kaitlynn, an upcoming freshman, has proudly represented the Bloom-Carroll community for the past two years as a member of USA Luge, showing incredible dedication, perseverance, and passion for her sport.

Beyond her athletic achievements, Kaitlynn enjoys encouraging and inspiring other girls through public speaking and her partnership with inspiHER, promoting confidence, kindness, and embracing what makes every young girl strong and unique.

With big dreams ahead and a heart full of gratitude for the support of her hometown community, Kaitlynn is honored to serve as this year’s Grand Marshal—and we’re honored to celebrate with her! ❤️💙

The first person to be awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor was born in Fairfield County! What did this Union soldier do to be recognized?

Join the Carroll Area Historical Society for a special program on June 1st titled "100 Lashes: The Story of Jacob Parrott" by Michael Johnson of the Fairfield County Heritage Association and find out.

The program is free and will be held at 75 Center Street in Carroll at 6:30pm. Doors open at 6pm. All are welcome!
