Friends and supporters are making magic happen for Chapel Hill NOW.

As of today, I have received $220. in checks and cash! With just $30. more that $250. will magically turn into $500.

If you can help, please do. All donations will be used to support the work of improving the lives of women and girls with information (ads, pamphlets, etc.) and actions (rallies, demonstrations, etc).

A kind supporter has issued a challenge to all who support the work of Chapel Hill NOW. He will match every dollar donated up to $250.

All of this money will support the campaign to end state funding of unregulated, non-medical fake clinics in NC, the continuing work to support Reproductive Rights, and the GOTV campaign to change the make-up of the state and national legislature.

I have a birthday next week. Please consider celebrating with me but not in the usual way with cake and cards.

Instead, please make a donation to Chapel Hill NOW. I operate this chapter of NOW on a shoestring budget, and one of those shoestrings is badly frayed.

Chapel Hill NOW is a 501 C4 non-profit so there is no tax deduction for a contribution. The only thing you will get in return is more pamphlets printed, more signs posted, more postcards to write, and perhaps a treat when you come to a meeting or rally. However, those things and your support can make a real difference in women's and girls' lives in NC.
