Sometimes it’s so hard being the strong, quiet one. The one who keeps going. The one people assume will always be okay. Often overlooked, resilience becomes your identity.
The things I’ve lived through are hard to explain because most people simply can’t relate.
There are moments when it feels like I can’t breathe, even when there’s no clear reason. My life is beyond blessed, yet there are still moments when I feel unworthy of it.
