St. Patrick Catholic School fosters a community where students grow in faith and knowledge in order to bring Christ’s light to the world.

Patrick Catholic School, founded in 1962, provides a Christ-centered, well-rounded education for nearly 500 students in K – 8th grades. Our accredited academic program meets national standards, and the school’s commitment to serving others — we call it “being the light” — provides leadership and community service opportunities for students. Patrick’s, a pillar in the Carlsbad community, is proud to instill faith, leadership and knowledge in our youth.

Make a Difference. Be a Hero. ❤️

Our St. Patrick community came together to make a difference by collecting hygiene items to support Catholic Charities’ La Posada shelter! Through small acts of kindness and generosity, our students are learning that being a hero means looking beyond ourselves, serving others, and making a positive impact in our community.

We are so proud of our students and families for putting compassion into action! ❤️

🦸‍♂️❤️ Red Ribbon Week: Day 1! ❤️🦸‍♀️

Our campus is full of heroes! 🦸‍♂️🔴 Kicking off Red Ribbon Week with red capes and masks, our students are ready to make a difference, be a hero, and live drug free! ❤️

Remember, you don’t need a cape to be a hero — making healthy choices every day is a superpower! 💪✨

🌱🥕 Growing, learning, and harvesting together! Our 4th graders are getting their hands dirty in the Garden Program, led by Mrs. Fanchin, learning about the joy of growing their own food and caring for the earth. 🌿

This year, we’re excited that students in ALL grades will also have the opportunity to participate in a garden field trip! 🌻

🧺 Join us for our Garden Market on October 28th after school, where we’ll be selling items harvested by our very own student gardeners!

We can’t wait to share the fruits (and veggies!) of their labor with our St. Patrick community! 💚💛

👻 The Trunk or Treat was a spooktacular success! 🧡

There’s nothing sweeter than seeing our St. Patrick parish and school communities come together to create such a fun and memorable event for our families! From the decorated trunks to the Halloween festivities, it was a wonderful reminder of the joy that comes from bringing our community together. 🧡💚

Building, creating, and problem-solving in the SmartLab! 🛠️

💡 Our 3rd graders explored engineering with KEVA planks and gears, while our 5th graders designed and built marble runs using Lux Blox, and 8th grade had fun building with their kinder buddies. From creative thinking to hands-on STEM challenges, our students are learning that some of the best discoveries happen when you build, experiment, and think outside the box! 🚀⚙️

🍎🥑 A little something for our foodies! 🧑‍🍳🍦

Our second graders got a behind-the-scenes look at the new Barron’s Market, squeezing fresh juice and sampling everything from hummus to ice cream! Meanwhile, our 6th graders are putting on their aprons and getting hands-on in our NEW cooking class! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

From exploring new flavors to learning new skills in the kitchen, our students are discovering that some of the best learning happens through hands-on experiences. Bon appétit, St. Patrick! 💚💛
