Consider enrollment in this important biomarker study
Have you been diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum or bipolar spectrum disorders?

Participation in this study is a step to find biological markers for schizophrenia and bipolar spectrum disorders.

The Psychiatric Biomarker Network (formerly the Schizophrenia Spectrum Biomarkers Consortium) was established in November 2018 as a consortium of academic investigators and colleagues from industry with the goal of discovering robust, replicable, and measurable biological markers to support clinical trials for schizophrenia and bipolar spectrum disorders. 💙 A reminder for today:

You don’t have to control every thought that crosses your mind.

Thoughts come and go. Some are helpful, some are not. What matters is learning that you are not your thoughts.

Give yourself grace. Be patient with yourself. Healing, growth, and recovery are not about perfection—they’re about progress.

If today feels heavy, know that you don’t have to carry it alone.

Support is available. Hope is real. Recovery is possible.

💙 Mental Health Fact

1 in 5 adults experience mental illness each year.

Mental health conditions are more common than many people realize, and chances are someone you know is navigating challenges you cannot see.

The good news? Support works. Recovery is possible. And no one has to face it alone.

If you or someone you love is struggling, reaching out for help is a sign of strength.

A little note to postpartum moms during Women’s Health Month 🤍

There is something to be said about finding the small joys in a big world of postpartum emotions, thoughts, feelings, identity shifts, and physical changes.

To any first-time moms out there:
grab the coffee,
eat the cinnamon roll,
dance in the rain,
cry,
laugh,
scream,
feel,
slow down,
and take the time to understand this new version of yourself.

Postpartum is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, exhausting, emotional, and confusing all at once. Mental health matters just as much as physical health and moms deserve support through all of it.

You are not alone.
And you never have to navigate postpartum emotions in silence. 🤍

🎥: a big favorite in our world . We 🤍 you. Thank you for becoming a new early morning tradition for our little family.
