While the kids are enjoying their summer break, a new school year will be here before we know it!

The Cape Coral Caring Center will begin Back-to-School Backpack & School Supply Sign-Ups on June 29th. Our goal is to help local children start the school year prepared, confident, and ready to learn.

📚🍎 School Is Out… But Hunger Doesn’t Take a Summer Break. 🍎📚

Our Healthy Not Hungry Kids Program is officially underway, and the bags are flying off the shelves! As school cafeterias close for the summer, many local children lose access to regular meals. Together, we can help ensure no child goes hungry.

Every donation—whether it’s food or a monetary gift—helps provide nutritious meals and snacks to children right here in our community.

Now is the time to prepare and protect your family. Don’t wait until it’s too late!

✔️ Create an evacuation plan — and make sure your family knows it

If a disaster does occur, the Cape Coral Caring Center is here for you. Once it is safe, our doors will be open from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM to provide:

Our children's nutrition program is scheduled for June 1st and runs until August. Each child will be provided with a food package containing breakfast, lunch, and select snack items, designed to sustain them for approximately one week. Consider helping us this summer by donating or hosting a food drive. You can also go to our website to make a donation.
