Appearing tonight only! The fabulous "calender girls" at 6pm. Please come down and support these beautiful ladies as they perform for us to raise money for "paws for patriots". This organization provides services dogs for our Veterans in need. The kitchen will also be open serving their wonderful food. We hope to see you here!

Today's is Monica Brown of the U.S Army. Monica was was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division as a combat medic in Afghanistan’s southeastern Paktika province in late April 2007. She was the first woman to earn the Silver Star in Afghanistan, the second since World War II.

Her unit was in a convoy headed to a leader engagement with local village elders when the last Humvee in the convoy hit a pressure-plate IED and came under ambush.

Monica ran through insurgent gunfire to reach the wounded and then used her body to shield them while mortar rounds fell nearby while applying crucial medical aid.

Today's is Lee Allen LeBarron of the U.S. Army. Lee served from 1973-1977 with 3rd Battalion, 32nd Armor as an armor crewman. He was stationed at Ray Barracks in Friedberg, Germany.

Lee resides in Florida where he continues his career in civil service as a Public Works employee for the City of Satellite Beach and is celebrating his 60th birthday today!

Happy Birthday Lee! Thank you for your service!

Today's is Jerry Parrott of the U.S. Army. Jerry served with the 2nd Division, 38th Infantry from 1950-1952 during the Korean War. He was awarded the Silver and Bronze Star. He received the Purple Heart for being wounded in Korea by a gunshot in the abdomen and shrapnel in the knee.

Today's is Maggie Melching of the U.S. Navy. Maggie served as a Petty Officer 2nd Class from 2011-2015. She was stationed out of Norfolk, Virginia and served on the USS Enterprise's final deployment in 2012, operating in the Persian Gulf, Arabian and Mediterranean Sea.

Maggie currently works at the Cincinnati, Ohio VA Medical Center.

Today's is Stefan Talabisco of the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army National Guard. Stefan served in the USMC from 1994-1998 with 2nd Battalion 8th Marines. He then joined the Delaware National Guard Counter-Drug Task Force, where he still serves. Stefan deployed to Iraq with the 153rd Military Police Company in 2007.
