The Leadership Symposium left us inspired, empowered, and ready to lead earlier this month! This full day conference left us with several thought-provoking takeaways.

A few insights that stood out include: Hope floats. Action flies; Establish and align your personal mission; Ya well-defined vision includes the what and why; and you can only give what you possess.

Every day presents an opportunity to network, build connections, and lead in Cherokee County! We appreciate all of our sponsors for helping make this event happen: Reinhardt University, Piedmont Mountainside Hospital, Coosa Valley Credit Union , Credit Union of Georgia, Kaiser Permanente , LGE Community Credit Union, Jey Willis State Farm Insurance, Live Clean Inc, REMAX Town & Country. A special thank you to our speakers, Rya Hazelwood, Alan Gotthardt, Rep. Barry Loudermilk, and Masi Willis.

Fearless women fear less! The Women in Business Conference, presented by City of Canton GA, featured three powerful speakers who shared their unique journeys, challenges, and triumphs - reminding us that when we empower ourselves and the women around us, there's no limit to what can happen.

We were proud to welcome Karen Hilton, Chief Dana Lloyd, and Dr. Joy Rohadfox to speak to an incredible group of attendees, followed by a panel discussion between Lisa Arrington, Katie Bowling, Lori Flink, Lisa Morton, Marcie Smith, and Stephanie Villasenor moderated by Mandy Chapman.

Thank you to our many sponsors and attendees for continuing to support this event while inspiring current and future women in business!

Big thank you to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Community Bank of Pickens County, Member FDIC, Coosa Valley Credit Union, LGE Community Credit Union, Timbers on Etowah - Wedding & Event Venue, Wellstar Health System, and The Gathering Board Co.
