The Presidents of the Divine Nine fraternities have issued a powerful letter reaffirming their support for Black women and calling for respect, protection, dignity, and action.

Black women have always been central to our families, our organizations, our communities, and our collective progress. Their leadership, strength, service, and sacrifice must never be minimized, disrespected, or ignored.

The Divine Nine is answering the call to serve.

Join the NPHC Virtual Blood Drive in support of Sickle Cell Awareness as we work toward a goal of 300 pints of blood to help save lives and strengthen our communities.

Because Sickle Cell disproportionately impacts the African American community, this mission is personal. We’re calling on all councils, their family, and friends to “Give Back by Giving Blood” by donating at your local blood center during the week of June 19 — Shine the Light on Sickle Cell Day.

Together, our service can make a lifesaving impact.
