We have some exciting news… ALL medals from the Lynette Tenaglia Memorial Run have officially been shipped! 🎉📬

First, we want to sincerely apologize for the delay. We know many of you have been anxiously waiting to receive your medal, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked through the process.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this year’s event. Every step you took helped honor Lynette’s legacy and support the mission of Lynette’s Love. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, bonus dads, caregivers, and father figures who show up every day with strength, patience, and unconditional love.

We also want to recognize the incredible dads who advocate tirelessly for children living with hydrocephalus, neurological disorders, and other special needs. From doctor's appointments and therapy sessions to sleepless nights and endless encouragement, your love makes a difference that cannot be measured.

Today is also a day to remember the fathers who are no longer with us and to hold close those who carry both love and loss in their hearts. ❤️

We are incredibly honored and excited to share that Lynette’s Love and the Lynette Tenaglia Memorial Run were featured on the FRONT PAGE of The Exponent Newspaper! 🎉❤️

What began as a mission to honor Lynette Tenaglia’s legacy and support individuals and families affected by hydrocephalus and other neurological disorders continues to grow because of the amazing support from our community, volunteers, participants, sponsors, and donors. The article highlighted our inaugural multi-day event at McCourtie Park, our mission, and the incredible athletes who traveled from across the country and even internationally to support the cause.

This recognition is not just about a race. It is about raising awareness, providing hope, supporting families facing neurological challenges, and ensuring that no one walks their journey alone. ❤️

❤️ Race Results Update & Thank You ❤️

First, I want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding.

As many of you know, shortly after the conclusion of the 2026 Lynette Tenaglia Memorial Run, I became seriously ill and was hospitalized with pneumonia. Thankfully, I am now home and recovering, although my energy level is still not quite where I’d like it to be.

Because of that unexpected setback, the official race results, participant recognition posts, certificates, and awards processing have taken a little longer than planned. Please know that nothing has been forgotten, and every mile, lap, and accomplishment matters to us.

I am actively working through the final results and participant recognition as my recovery allows. Virtual runner certificates are being finalized, medals and awards are being organized, and race results will be posted as soon as possible.

What I can say right now is this:

🏃 We witnessed first-time runners accomplish goals they never thought possible.

🏃 We celebrated multiple 100-mile finishers earning their buckles.

🏃 We welcomed participants from across the country who came together for a cause bigger than themselves.

🏃 Most importantly, we honored Lynette’s legacy while raising awareness and support for individuals and families affected by hydrocephalus and other neurological disorders.

The success of this event belongs to all of our runners, volunteers, sponsors, donors, partners, and supporters. Your belief in our mission is what makes Lynette’s Love possible.

Thank you for your patience while I finish recovering and work to ensure everyone receives the recognition they deserve. We can’t wait to celebrate each of your accomplishments properly very soon.

❤️ A Quick Update ❤️

First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in posting the official race results from the Lynette Tenaglia Memorial Run.

Shortly after the event concluded, I became ill and was unfortunately hospitalized with pneumonia. While I am now recovering, it has delayed my ability to complete some of the post-race responsibilities, including finalizing and publishing the results.

Please know that your accomplishments have not been forgotten. Whether you completed your first mile, your first 5K, a marathon, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or achieved an incredible 100-mile milestone, we are so proud of every single one of you. Your efforts, dedication, and support of our mission mean more than words can express.

I am currently working through the results and participant recognition as my health allows, and I appreciate your patience and understanding during this unexpected setback.

Thank you for being part of something so special. Because of you, we were able to honor Lynette’s legacy, raise awareness for hydrocephalus and neurological disorders, and support families who need it most.

We can’t wait to celebrate your achievements properly very soon.

Not only did Lara spend the event capturing countless memories through her camera lens, preserving moments that participants and families will cherish for years to come, but she also accomplished an amazing personal milestone, completing her very first 100K! 🎉🏃‍♀️

What makes this even more special is that her photography support was completely unexpected. While challenging herself on the course, she still found the time and energy to document the spirit, determination, and community that made this event so meaningful.
