Parade day! Rain or shine. Step off is at 10am from the Legion. We hope you will consider joining us in remembering those who have given the ultimate sacrifice.

The Annual Memorial day parade is this Monday in Candor. We are inviting all groups to join us! Parade staging begins at 930am and step off is a 10 sharp. We go from the American legion along to the Bridge to remember those lost at sea and end at the Cemetery with a beautiful ceremony. Please consider joining us. This is open to Girl/boy scouts, school groups, and of course all legion family members. Veteran made Poppy's will be available for a donation along the parade route. There is NO candy as this is a somber parade to Remember those who are no longer here. God bless America. 🇺🇸

Reminder tonight is the Tioga County American Legion Auxiliary meeting. Being held in a Nichols American Legion at 630pm! There is food available for purchase. Please join us if you are able. We will be having nominations for the 2026-2027 officers.

We have received our first application for this year's American Legion Auxiliary Unit 907 Kate Whittemore Memorial Scholarship! We are now taking applications to win one of our $500 awards! Open to all Tioga County high school seniors who are furthering their education in agriculture or construction trades. Submit 500 word essay about yourself and you future plans! Send to angelarypkema@yahoo deadline is May 12th. All school districts in Tioga County have been sent this information.

📍 We’ll kick off the fun at the Candor Village Ball Park, making our way down Rt. 96/Main Street, and finishing at Candor High School.

So bring your friends and family and line up along the parade route to kick off the holiday season! We can't wait to see you there!
