Guys we started The Bump right at a year ago to help people transition from the diagnosis of cancer. We’ve helped a lot of people over the Bump. Almost everyone we’ve helped is either in remission or is still being treated for the disease. We’ve met people from all over the world through text and phone calls. It’s working! We’re just showing the love and healing power of Jesus. That’s how we help. It’s been exciting to watch success stories. It’s also been heart breaking to me at times. The one thing I tell everyone I talk with is “ I can promise you that we’ll be healed, I just can’t promise if it will be here on earth of in heaven with our savior.” That one phrase brings peace. If you need us we’re here. Reach out to one of us. We can help. Take your time, choose a medical team and a plan and trust the team and plan. Pray and live your life to the fullest!! Each day is a gift. Live it like it’s your last. Love people. This is what we help with. Trust God and know Jesus has his hands all over you. This is Gods plan, not ours. Thank you for supporting us. You know I talk with people daily that have been diagnosed or know someone diagnosed with cancer. It’s hard for a person and family to deal with. If you’ve never been in this place it’s really hard to understand. Today I ask for help. Let’s pray for a day of peace and comfort for everyone dealing with this horrible disease. Just one day to just relax and enjoy life. If you know someone just give them a call and ask if they need anything. That call from a friend means the world to a cancer patient. They’ll probably refuse help but it will touch them. And again they might need help but are too proud to ask! I ask God everyday for all of us yo be healed. It’s coming! We will be healed! I can guarantee that we will be. Either here or with our savior. Love on a friend today.

I received a call this morning. It wasn’t the news I wanted to hear. My friend Martha has gone to be with Jesus. I know we’ve prayed and prayed. We prayed for comfort and healing. Well, as I told her the last time we talked “we will be healed, I just cannot tell you if it will be here or in heaven with Jesus.” Martha was ready to be healed. This one stings friends. Please be praying for her family. Pray for peace, comfort and understanding. Cancer didn’t win. God and Heaven gained an Angel!!!! I praise our father for letting me get to meet Martha and get to help a little with her journey. Again pray. Jesus has his hands all over Martha’s family.

Guys help me lift up one of the ladies I’ve been talking with for several months. Let’s pray for healing. Let’s pray for peace and comfort. Let’s pray for her family. Guys, she needs strength. I usually don’t get to meet many people we help over the Bump. I received a text message while I was getting a treatment this afternoon. This sweet lady was admitted to UAMS yesterday. She has some of the best Drs and an excellent medical team helping her now. It was a blessing and an honor to get to meet and visit with her after my treatment. We met part of her family and she ask me to pray over her. Guys it was a blessing and an honor to be ask to pray over her. Our God is good. Our God is the ultimate healer. The Drs are just the vessels God uses. So join me in prayer for Martha and her family. Jesus has his hands on Martha and her family.

It’s been quiet here for several days and I praise our father for that. I just got a message from one of our own that his mother just was diagnosed and 30 minutes later went to be with Jesus. This guy is a warrior, and advocate for cancer awareness and a leader. He is on a mission to save people. Let’s lift him and his family up during this very difficult time. This will give him strength in the end. Now we will help him and his family grieve. Chris we love ya brother. Prayers coming. You know she is with Jesus and completely healed. Let’s comfort our friend.

Guys I just received a text message from my friend in Omaha. Guys this is so cool. I’ve been visiting with her for months!!!! This young lady just finished treatments and sent me a picture of her ringing the bell!!!! She has an incredible story. Another win!! A warrior and I’m so proud to have played a small part in her story. Let’s all praise the ultimate healer. Man, that makes this an awesome day!!!!!! Congratulations Cindy!!!!! A warrior and survivor!!!!!

Good morning friends. You know when it’s been quiet on here things are going fairly well. This morning things are changing. A godly man has been diagnosed with bladder cancer. A young lady has been told she’ll be sent home on oxygen. Lots of prayers needed. Help us to lift them up in prayer.
My treatments are going well. I’ve noticed the stamina I had is not at the same point is was a month ago. It’s ok! Our body’s heal when we rest. We are constantly helping cancer patients over the bump.
Another friend I’ve been talking with rang the bell a few weeks ago. She’s back in treatment. It reappeared and now she’s being a warrior again. Lets lift her up for peace,comfort and complete healing. Ask God to use the Drs as vessels to do and complete his work. Jesus has his hands on each of you and your families.
If you need us we’re here. I hope you will never need us.

Prayers please. Help us to lift these friends up. Request come almost daily for prayer and healing. Our friend In Colorado has been healed. Not exactly how we wanted but he is at peace now with Christ.
Another message last night from one of my favorite people I’ve dealt with for the last few months has a mass found pushing on her liver. Prayers for healing and a sense of calm to come over her. Jesus has his hands all over our friends.

Guys all of us at The Bump appreciate each of you so much. God showed me a need when I was diagnosed with cancer myself. People need someone local to talk with to help them get past the diagnosis. The diagnosis of any life threatening disease is unbelievably hard mentally. We can help. Each of us are living it or have lived being diagnosed. Your prayers do help. We pray with and for each person we meet. We promise to show the love and healing power of Christ. That’s our mission. It’s working!! We’ve helped an unbelievable number of people over the last few months. People we have helped are now helping us. Again we all thank you for all of your prayers for us as a group and for the people that reach out to us. I talk to people all over the United States almost daily. The second month just from our Fb site we had over 20,000 hits!!! I’m very humbled to get to be a small part of helping people get past the Bump. Again, thank you. It’s a calling and an honor!
