🎉 EXCITING NEWS! 🎉

The rumors are TRUE — Bates County Industries has purchased The Pantry Thrift Store!

We plan to keep it a thrift store while creating new job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This will give our employees opportunities to build new skills, gain experience, and become even more involved in our community.

We do not have an official opening date yet, so please watch this page for updates.

📦 We kindly ask that all donations be held until we officially open.

We are excited for this new adventure and appreciate our community’s continued support and patience during this transition!

Today, our recycling team discovered improperly discarded needles while sorting recyclable materials.
For the safety of our employees, BCI cannot accept needles or other sharps in recycling. These items present a significant safety hazard, and our facility is not equipped with the appropriate disposal systems for medical sharps.
Please ensure that all needles and sharps are disposed of through an approved sharps disposal container or other authorized disposal program. Your cooperation helps maintain a safe workplace for everyone.

She is our current employee of the month and what we love about her is how she includes EVERYONE. She is an excellent friend to all of her coworkers and helps staff in many ways. She is also very good at her job and we love having her here at BCI.
