Inform pet owners of the resources available to improve their pets lives. S.A.I.N.T. We are not a rescue facility.

Develop and operate a low cost spay and neuter voucher program, among others, with the goal of No More Homeless Pets. utilizes volunteers and Foster Homes for it’s Saving Lives Adoption Program.
