Yesterday, Ruby Franklin-Reed Chapter #1 was out in the community providing service and support for our GM/PWM, Gwen Robinson the CEO and Founder of the Brooklyn Cinderella Project. What an amazing experience it was to see the smiles on the faces of so many young men and women as they picked out beautiful prom dresses and sharp suits. The accessories truly added the perfect finishing touches. It was also wonderful to see them connecting and engaging with various community organizations. It was truly a blessing working alongside our Brothers and Sisters—servitude at its best. The youth marching band is always great to see and hear—KUDOS TO THEM! A big shoutout to Sis Rachelle London for assisting our GM/PWM the night before with setting everything up. Your dedication did not go unnoticed! Shoutout to the NCNW young ladies on a job well done volunteering—you all were absolutely amazing! We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jersey Mike's and Chick-fil-A for sponsoring the sandwiches for the event—they were absolutely delicious! Outstanding job, GM/PWM, on celebrating 15 years of dedicated service with the Brooklyn Cinderella Project—because only what you do for Christ will last.

This past Sunday, the Ruby Franklin-Reed Chapter had an amazing Sister Bonding Weekend. We began by supporting our GP Gamal Johnson and the Shriners at their Noble Dance, and then continued on to celebrate our very own Sapphire, DrTara R Butler , GM, along with the St. Monica Grand Chapter, as they honored 30 years of servitude and sisterhood at their Queen Esther event. The evening became even more special when our GM Gwen Robinson was surprised with a well-deserved award—such a beautiful and heartfelt moment! A special shoutout to our sister Erica for her beautiful and spirit-filled liturgical dance—it was truly moving and a blessing to witness. Kudos as well to the young queen who powerfully recited her ancestors from The Six Triple Eight movie—such a proud and inspiring moment!
And congratulations to Dr. Pam Tyre on being crowned Queen—well deserved!
Overall, every event was truly awesome. Great job to everyone who played a part in making the weekend so memorable.
