Tonight is the night we say “Thank You, Chip” for nearly 50 years of outstanding service to Third Avenue! Messages of love and appreciation are pouring in from throughout Brooklyn from friends, loved ones, colleagues and famous faces like of ! More than 100 community and family members will gather tonight at the sold-out as the Merchants of Third Avenue Civic Improvement Association, Inc. recognizes the one and only Chip Cafiero!

PLEASE NOTE: Tonight’s event is completely sold out and tickets will not be available at the door. Thank you to everyone for their love and support of this Bay Ridge icon.

And the winner is … Mancini’s Wood-Fired Pizza! After all the votes were counted from hundreds of participants, Bay Ridge Fifth Avenue BID’s own Mancini’s vodka square was proclaimed the best in Bay Ridge at the 2nd Annual ! Elegante Pizzeria — last year’s Pizza Wars champion — came in second, and Third Avenue’s own Peppino's Brick Oven Pizza Bay Ridge finished third in this deliciously collaborative competition. Thank you to all the competitors from Third Avenue, Fifth Avenue and the Bay Ridge 86th Street BID!
