We at the CCC are proud and pleased to announce the 15th Annual Bowl A Rama event being held Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Spare Time Bowling. This year, the event benefits the Connecticut national Guard Foundation. The CTNGF is a non-profit organization that provides temporary family assistance and support for members of the National Guard of Connecticut and Connecticut National Guard Retirees, consistent with its exclusive charitable and educational purposes. They also provide scholarships to members of the Guard, their spouses and children. The number and amount of scholarships varies depending on available funds. Let's help them fund those scholarships. Hello all. The CCC is going to be hosting an event for the CT National Guard later this year. Details will follow. In the meantime, they are holding their own golf tournament to raise funds for the scholarship program and family assistance. We know it's short notice but if any of you golfers can join them, it would be greatly appreciated. It sounds like a fun event, and the CCC will be there volunteering. Please see the attached flyer and registration forms.

We would like to thank everyone who supported the 2026 Swing Fore Special Olympics CT Golf Tournament. All the sponsors, volunteers, golfers, Southington Country Club and their very friendly and helpful staff, the awesome photographer Phil Zolla, Capture The Moment Photography, who donated his time, all day ( you'll see more of his work soon), and the amazing athletes of Special Olympics! You all helped make this yet another fun and successful tournament. We introduced another exiting aspect to the event, the Hit One, Win One Putting Challenge. It appeared to be very popular and successful, and we hope to bring it back in 2027, bigger and better. A special thanks to Taylor and WorldWide W**e & Spirits for donating the prizes, and their advice in putting this event together.
Every year we try to make this the best charity tournament out there. The best sponsors, the best food, the best raffles and prizes, the best weather ( while we have been pretty lucky in that respect, we can't really take any credit) and, more. In return, we always get the best, most generous and supportive golfers. You are truly the reason for the success of this tournament, for 14 years and counting. Thank you all.
