We are pleased to invite applications for the Junior Faculty Consortium at the 2026 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Philadelphia.

This consortium is designed for scholars in the early stages of their faculty careers (Assistant Professors or post-docs) whose research engages with OMT-related topics.

Participants will join a highly interactive, small-group setting with leading scholars in the field, featuring:
- Developmental feedback on research projects
- Insights on publishing and building a research trajectory
- Conversations on teaching, impact, and academic growth
- Guidance on navigating promotion and tenure

We are excited to host the Navigating Your First Years PDW at AOM 2026, designed to help 1st- and 2nd-year PhD students quickly engage with OMT and AOM. Join us on Friday, July 30, from 12:30 to 3pm, during our OMT Day at Drexel.

⚡️ Specifically designed for PhD candidates in their first and second years, we'll meet in person at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Philadelphia.
👉🏿 This application should be completed by a supervisor, faculty member, or program coordinator for a PhD student.
