🔄 From Struggle to Strength With a background in social services, mental health, and recovery, she has spent over a decade supporting children and families through foster care, treatm

ent, and community programs. A Board-Certified Health Coach, Drugless Practitioner, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Rebecca combines holistic wellness, social-emotional learning (SEL), and yoga to promote whole-person care — mental, physical, and emotional. Her passion grew from her own family’s journey after her son’s ADHD/ODD diagnosis and her personal recovery experience, inspiring her mission to make wellness accessible to all. Through Unity, Rebecca provides programs, coaching, and scholarships for individuals and families while building partnerships across Kitsap County. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her family, playing clean & sober softball, and serving on the CSSA and Mike’s Rides for Lives boards. 🌿💛

This one-day Youth Experience is designed for students in grades 5–8 (including incoming 5th & 9th graders) to build confidence, learn real-life skills, and connect in a safe, supportive environment.

✨ Small group breakout sessions
✨ Real-life conversations & scenarios
✨ Confidence + decision-making skills
✨ Panel speakers + community connection
✨ Snacks provided

Youth today face real pressures — this experience helps them build the tools and confidence to make healthy, informed choices in everyday situations.
