Thanks to all that came out to help set up!
We got a good head start, but will be back at it tomorrow 10am.
Come help even for an hour or so! We will be at Plumbers and steamfitters, see ya then!

📍 Friday – 10:00 AM (May 16)
We’ll begin full setup:
Trash cans placed
Vendor tables and stage set
Decorating
Goody bag stuffing
Anyone available is welcome — this is a big day and extra hands help tremendously.
📍 Saturday – 8:00 AM (May 17)
We need 4 volunteers to meet in front of Federal Coffee to help close down Wabash Avenue and set up barriers.
📍 Sunday – 10:00 AM (May 18)
Tear‑down and cleanup.
If you can help us wrap everything up, we’d be grateful.
If you’re able to volunteer for any shift, please comment below or send a message. Your help keeps this event running and supports the fighters, survivors, and families we stand beside every year.

📣 Volunteer Call for Going Topless for P.I.N.K. – We Need Your Help!
We have several key setup and teardown shifts this week, and we’re asking for volunteers to step up and help us make this event run smoothly. If you can give even an hour, it makes a huge difference.

📍 Thursday – 5:30 PM (May 15)
Meet at 1616 E. Springhill Dr. (the barn).
We need volunteers to load the RC course and pedal car course, then move everything to Plumbers & Steamfitters to set up courses, arrange tables, and prep the silent auction area.

📍 Friday – 10:00 AM (May 16)

💗 A Heartfelt Thank You to Our SERVPRO of Vigo Family 💗
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to our amazing SERVPRO Vigo team. Not only have they generously contributed $5,000 in silent auction items and promotional materials for Going Topless for P.I.N.K., but so many of them also pour their time, energy, and heart into making this event a success year after year.
Kristina Robinson has taken the lead on vendor coordination for the past two years, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Tim Henderson has jumped into countless projects and is a driving force behind this year’s Show & Shine.
Whitney Hawkins is stepping in to help with registration and keeping things organized.
Sherri Fernander has served as a compassionate and dedicated survivor liaison for years.
And behind the scenes, so many members of our team have packed, unpacked, set up, torn down, and answered the call every single time we’ve needed them.
A very special shout out goes to Natalie Overton, who has led our silent auction from day one. She pours her heart and soul into making it bigger, better, and more meaningful every single year. And of course, Chad Overton, whose support makes it possible for so many hands to be involved in something that means so much to our community.
