Did you know that 1 in 2 U.S. families with young children struggle to afford enough diapers? Diapers are a basic necessity, yet they cannot be purchased with SNAP benefits, and many families are forced to choose between diapers, food, utilities, and other essentials. We are committed to helping local families meet this critical need by providing diapers, wipes, and other baby necessities to those we serve.

We are SO grateful for the Kingdom of Heaven Motorcycle Ministry having a benefit ride for us today! God gave us a beautiful day, and there was a great turnout. It warmed my heart to see a group of bikers that love the Lord and that desire to further His Kingdom. Can’t wait for next year!!

My oldest child got married this past weekend. The one who made me a momma. All weekend I heard “you don’t look old enough to have a child getting married”. I hear statements like that a lot. My answer? “I’m not.” You see, I had Austin when I was 16 years old. We have grown up together. He’s the reason I am so passionate about Hope’s Choice and encouraging mommas to choose life. Have the past 27 years been easy? Nope. Was he worth it? ABSOLUTELY, a thousand times over. It’s still hard, even today. I get uncomfortable at times and still feel very insecure, but to see this young man grow up to marry the love of his life makes every bit of it worth it.

To all the moms out there…especially the young ones who feel like they’re not getting it all right…keep on keeping on. The days are long, but the years are short. Show your babies every single day how much you love them and that they are worth it!!!

Car seats are required by law from birth, and as babies grow, the type of car seat they need changes too.

If you or someone you know is struggling to afford this important necessity, our Buckled & Blessed car seat class is here to help! Learn about car seat safety from a certified car seat installer and earn a free car seat by attending.

This class is offered every other month at our office. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Our next class will be posted in July!

More than 5,700 children are currently in foster care across Alabama, supported by approximately 2,360 licensed foster homes. Foster families play a vital role in providing safety, stability, and hope to children during difficult seasons, and we want to support them however we can.

Foster parents in Fayette, Lamar, Marion, and Pickens counties are encouraged to contact us to receive diapers delivered directly to their homes for children placed in their care. We currently provide diapers for all foster children in Fayette County and may also be able to assist with clothing, toiletry items, training pants, and other essential needs.

Approximately 79% of U.S. mothers and 89% of caregivers use infant formula during a baby's first year of life. For most families, formula costs range from $120–$200 per month. However, many of the families we serve have infants who require specialty or hypoallergenic formulas, increasing monthly costs to as much as $300–$550.

To help ease the financial burden of this essential need, we provide infant formula to the families we serve, ensuring that babies receive the nutrition they need while allowing parents to focus on caring for their growing children.

We do accept DONATIONS of baby formula, as long as they are unopened and not expired. Donations are appreciated and can be left on our porch anytime.
