The BGSU Bangladesh Student Association (BSA) family is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Zamil Limon and Nahida Bristy, two doctoral students at the University of South Florida. Our hearts go out to their families, friends, and loved ones. In this time of immense grief, we stand together in solidarity and prayer.

We had the absolute best time sharing a piece of Bangladesh 🇧🇩 with the Bowling Green State University community at Global Falcon Fest.

Of course, the absolute star of the show was the henna station! 🌿 In Bangladesh, applying Mehendi is so much more than just beautiful designs—it’s a deeply rooted tradition that symbolizes joy, celebration, and coming together with loved ones for special moments.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to our incredibly talented henna artists: Kamrun Naher Mim, Mrittika Noor, Shahla Shahnaz Dyuti, Mousomi Akter and Ramisa Morshed Anadi. 🤎 Thank you for your endless hard work and for painting so many smiles (and hands!) all day long without a break. 🖌️🙌
