We are filled with Bobcat pride today as we unveil the critical upgrades to the current weight room. More than $50,000 of new equipment was purchased and installed as well as a new paint job. The coaches, trainers and athletes are thrilled with the new workout space.

We are incredibly thankful to the hundreds of donors that made this possible. Together we are building stronger Bobcats!

UPDATE: The first order for new weight equipment will be made next week.

Installation is being targeted for late summer, likely August.

Baseball and Softball cages are getting quotes for upgrades.

Update: (Long Post) We have overshot our initial weight room equipment request which is AWESOME! This has allowed us to consider a couple additional machines for the current space including an additional Lat machine. We are, however, running out of room for our current weight room space. Those who are familiar with our foundation know that we have been discussing additional space and facilities for our students since 2017 (more on this in a future post). We still have a surplus of donations and want to consider greatest potential impact for the bobcat athletes.

Our amazing AD Michele Milligan Wolf works closely with our foundation and has identified our next project to include MUCH NEEDED improvements to baseball/softball facilities including new batting cage, sound system etc. Pictures will be provided soon.

No donor's funds will be allocated to other projects without the donor approval. More Weight equipment will still be needed when the students have an opportunity to enhance their facilities space options. Some of you who are aware of the current baseball/softball conditions have already allowed your donation to be shifted toward the next baseball/softball project, and you can message our foundation if you'd you feel as though you'd like to do so. Donations over $500 will still be recognized on our honorary plaque which we will hang in the weight room when we perform the transition.
