SKYCTC is proud to partner with ArtWorks, Inc. to present a special exhibition featuring diverse works by talented regional artists!

ArtWorks: a Visual Arts Coalition is a nonprofit organization of artists, patrons, and supporters dedicated to strengthening and growing the visual arts community through increased visibility, vitality, and opportunity.

The Members’ Show will be juried by Melissa Vandenberg, Professor of Art at Eastern Kentucky University and Director of the EKU Giles Gallery.

🎉 Opening Reception: June 8 | 5–6:30 p.m.

We invite the community to come experience and celebrate the creativity of regional artists through this exciting exhibition!

If you’re in Owensboro this Summer, be sure to drop by the Owensboro Convention Center and check the Artworks member’s exhibition. The exhibition is open until Aug. 3rd.

The works of 25 Bowling Green-area artists will be on display in the Exhibition Space on the east wall of the Owensboro Convention Center’s lobby through Aug. 3.

Artworks Member Group Trip to Louisville

1st Stop 21c Museum Hotel Gallery

Thank you to everyone that were able to join. It was a fun day that started off early, and first stop once we arrived in Louisville, was to the 21c Hotel Gallery. The current exhibit is Revival Digging Into Yesterday, Planting Tomorrow. It will be on view until January 2027.

Thank you to Michael Nichols and Paul Johnson for making this happen. And a HUGE thank you to Mike for doing the driving! Maneuvering the van through Louisville’s roads and tight parking spaces. 😊

Do you love art—and Louisville? If so, join us for a special group visit to the Speed Art Museum, hosted by Artworks!
We’ll travel together in two passenger vans, making it an easy and enjoyable day with fellow members.

Join us for a day of art, conversation, and community as we visit the Speed Art Museum—Kentucky’s oldest and largest art museum. In addition to exciting special exhibitions, the museum features an outstanding permanent collection.
Registration Fee: $25
Includes transportation, lunch, and museum admission
Eligibility: Space is limited and open to Artworks members only.
