Let's talk Miss Maryland
Volunteer Stars and Stripes Program!

The Miss Maryland Volunteer Stars and Stripes Program goes above and beyond for children of ages 4-12 that want mentorship, guidance, support, and older sister to help them succeed! Every girls story is different but it can always start with pageantry, atleast mine did.

Every Miss Maryland Volunteer Princess gets the opportunity of workshops, fun events (Christmas movies, Hershey park, and so much more)!

Become apart of the next generation of future change makers, as many would say this job is about the kids and seeing there eyes light up every time they see us girls, let them become a light of sunshine to themselves!

Trick or treat 👻

I had the wonderful opportunity to go to Opequon Elementary School in West Virginia for there fall festival!

Getting to decorate the classrooms door in Barbie, and hand out to candy to the little ones was a treat! Having raffle baskets, games, sand art, and paint your own pumpkin was so much fun to be able to attend and see the kids creativity come to life!

Everyone's costumes were adorable and represented them perfectly!

Pageantry over the years!
When I saw this trend I knew I had to take upon it, being in pageantry for six years, these photos truly show how much I grew in the pageantry world but also as a person!
I'm forever thankful everything that pageantry has taught me and gave me!

misswesternmdteenvol A night well spent with Starry Night for Kids Sake was a success with over $35,000 raised for such an incredible and impactful organization within Washington County. Getting to give rewards and share a prayer with over 180 people was truly so special, getting to shine the light of Jesus tonight fulfilled my heart to the fullest. Being a mentor in my community is truly the highlight of who I am. Being Miss Western Maryland Teen Volunteer isn't about the crown and sash but the connections you make along the way, and I'm forever grateful that Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County is one I made!

"The Best is Yet to Come" a sentence I'm carrying with myself throughout my year of being Miss Western Maryland Teen Volunteer. Thank you Izzy Karns for teaching me the importance of having a positive mindset while following Gods direction. At orientation the Maryland Volunteer was blessed to have Izzy share her story while teaching us contestants the value of life within pageantry and every day! One bad day doesn't define you. One bad hour doesn't define you.

The Miss Maryland Volunteer organization has given the skills to everything, to go into my community. To advocate for myself, and for my serve initiative Mission Gratitude; where I talk about the importance of service members and veterans while using my project cards for heroes. Thank you to for capturing these moments of sisterhood. I wouldn't be who I am without the support from my girls. Miss Teen Volunteer America is a organization that has changed me for the greater good and I'm forever grateful.
