We would like to welcome our newest Board Members! 🧡🩵💛

Karen Kjaerulff - Membership Co-Chair
Karen has been a member for 5 years. She is a Registered Dieitian & Lifestyle Coach in Boynton Beach, FL. Karen is originally from South Jersey but moved to Boca when she was 11. She really enjoys the impact we make in the community.
“My favorite thing about this organization is how I’ve created some really special friendships here. Being surrounded by women like this lifts me up and makes me want to rise to a higher level."

Lisa Martin - Grants Management Co-Chair
Lisa has been a member for 5 years since she joined in February of 2023. Lisa was a Retirement Plan Manager at T. Rowe Price after college. She then went back into the family restaurant business until they sold it in 2021. Lisa then moved to Delray Beach, FL where she served in Grant Review for 2 years in Environment & Animal Welfare, and the last year in Education.

Sarah Purcell - Grant Review Co-Chair
Sarah has been a member since 2017. She is a retired financial consultant and retired pilates teacher. Originally from Kenilworth, Illinois, she now resides in Delray Beach, FL. Sarah enjoys the hands-on work evaluating nonprofits, and that it is educational and heartwarming.
“I am most gratified by my work in grants review. The work as a co-chair organizing the entire process is a great way to get to know more non-profits, and help make the process easier. ”

Michelle Rubin - Grants Management Co-Chair
Michelle is an original member! She works in the non-profit sector and is the Founder of Autism After 21. Michelle moved from Michigan as a kid and grew up in Fort Lauderdale, so she considers herself a native Floridian!
“My favorite part of Impact has been serving on grant review, then also as a grant manager to watch the projects thrive after they receive the grant.”

Together, these ladies will make a REAL IMPACT in their community.

We would like to welcome our newest Board Members!! 🧡

Sharon Arnett - Grant Review Co-Chair
This is Sharon’s 13th year. She has worked as a Residential Real Estate agent for 36 years now. She was Born in Texas and raised in Louisiana. After hearing JoAnne Greiser speak at a member orientation, she was motivated to get Grants Review experience and then move into Grants Management, working with the grantees/award winners.
“With high impact giving and our goal of member retention, comes a responsibility to oversee our members financial contributions with a high degree of accountability. I believe our chapter has that critical audit/compliance function in place in Grants Management.”

Marta Batmasian - Membership Commitee
Marta Has been an Impact supporter from the very beginning! She is a real estate investor that moved here 43 years ago from Boston where she was a professor at UMass Boston. Marta got involved with Impact for its mission of Women Making a Difference.
“Looking back at the Impact this organization has made, has made me proud.”

Catherine Coombs - Impact Talks Chair
Catherine has been a part of Impact 100 for 8 years. She teaches preschool at MECE Preschool. She is originally from the Cleveland area however she moved her family here over 25 years ago. Catherine has enjoyed serving as a membership liaison for many of the years if not all of them since joing Impact 100.
“I am so very proud of the work that we all do together through this organization and I feel so fortunate to be able to serve our community alongside so many incredibly impressive, kind and accomplished women.”

Amy Davidson - Membership Co-Chair Technology
This is Amy’s third year with Impact PBC. She is a Marketing Consultant in Delray Beach. Amy is originally from New York City and is working on several projects right now, that will have a big effect on the organization: Activating online Registration for Events, Merging and updating our member database and several other things.
