The site of the current Bank of Advance building in Advance, MO was once home to a bowling alley. Former Bank of Advance president and avid bowler, Harold M. Miles, Sr., owned and operated Advance Bowling Lanes during the 1950s and ‘60s. The building was later removed to make way for construction of the current Bank building in 1972.

Bank of Advance is a family-owned and operated community bank providing a wide array of financial services. We value customer relationships and pride ourselves on being a hard-working bank for hard-working people. As the oldest bank in Stoddard County, we’re honored to continue serving our communities and welcome Bloomfield residents to our newest location on Prairie Street in Bloomfield, MO.
