Meet Tanya Pugh, founder and creative director of 16th Cross Pearson Wearable Art Gallery, Alabama’s first wearable art gallery! As a stylist, Tanya transforms clothing into wearable art that celebrates individuality, confidence, and sustainability.

“I don’t just see clothing — I see possibility.”
This philosophy came to life at RECLAIMED 2026, where Tanya reimagined donated pieces into unique wearable art, showing how creativity can give clothing a whole new story. We were honored to have her and her beautiful looks at our RECLAIMED 2026!💙

"Grateful to officially graduate from OA Fellows Cohort 9 at MOLE 2026! 🎓💙

After nine months of learning, growth, collaboration, and meaningful connections, I’m walking away with new perspectives, stronger relationships, and ideas I’m excited to bring back and amplify through the work we do at Alabama Goodwill.

Thank you, Alabama Goodwill, for selecting me and investing in my continued growth, and a BIG thank you to Goodwill Industries International for creating such an impactful experience. I’m grateful for the journey, the people I met along the way, and everything still ahead! ✨"

Congratulations, Kay! We are grateful for your leadership, dedication, and commitment to advancing our mission. Thank you for all you do for Alabama Goodwill and the communities we serve. 💙

✨ RECLAIMED 2026 DESIGNER HIGHLIGHT: Karnisia Hicks✨

Meet Karnisia Hicks, the self-taught designer behind Rebelle Threadz, bringing bold creativity and individuality to every piece she makes!

Inspired by the memory of her son Kyrie, Karnisia transforms resilience and love into designs that celebrate empowerment, artistry, and perseverance. Being part of RECLAIMED was especially meaningful for her. Some of her most treasured memories were spent thrifting with her son on Saturday mornings. A beautiful reminder that fashion can carry stories, memories, and love far beyond the clothes themselves.

We were honored to have her story and creativity on the runway at RECLAIMED 2026.💙
