As we wrap up the 5th Annual Wildcat Classic, we just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this weekend such a success!

A huge shoutout goes to Michael Teter and Stephen Howell for the countless hours they put in all weekend long. They were the first ones at the ballpark and the last ones to leave both days. From field prep and maintenance to running the scoreboard and handling a million things in between, they truly did it all. We couldn’t have pulled this tournament off without them.

A special thank you as well to Kevin and Angie Gladhill for volunteering their time in the concession stand. We are also incredibly grateful for all of our BBA members, concession workers, scorekeepers, volunteers, and families who stepped up wherever needed throughout the weekend. Every job, big or small, helped make this event possible.

Thank you to our umpires for spending your weekend with us and helping provide a great experience for all of the players.

Congratulations to our tournament runner-up, the NEMO Nighthawks, on a great weekend of baseball! And a big congratulations to our tournament champions, the NEMO Young Bucks! Both teams competed hard all weekend and put on a great championship game.

And of course, thank you to all of the teams, coaches, players, and families who traveled to Bevier and spent the weekend with us. We hope you had a great time competing and making memories.

Despite a few hours of steady rain on Saturday, the weather cooperated enough for us to get every game in without a delay. It was a fantastic weekend of baseball and community support.

Events like this not only provide great competition for the kids but also help support the Bevier Baseball Association and our summer ball programs. We are so thankful for this community and everyone who continues to support BBA.

Here’s to another great Wildcat Classic in the books. See you next year! ⚾️💜

What a great first day of the 5th Annual Wildcat Classic! ⚾️

Despite a steady rain for nearly three hours, we were fortunate enough to avoid any delays and keep all games on schedule!

A huge thank you to all the teams, players, coaches, umpires, volunteers, and fans who helped make Day 1 a success.

Bracket play begins tomorrow, and we’d love to see the community come out and support these talented young athletes as they battle for a championship!

Be sure to stop by the concession stand while you’re here. We’ll have fresh baked cinnamon rolls again in the morning, plus lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, and treats throughout the day.

All concession stand proceeds help support the Bevier Baseball Association and our summer ball program.

Come enjoy some great baseball, grab a bite to eat, and cheer on the teams as they compete for the Wildcat Classic title! 💜⚾️🤍

⚾️ 5th Annual Wildcat Classic ⚾️

The Bevier Baseball Association is excited to host the 5th Annual Wildcat Classic tournament this weekend! Come out and enjoy a full weekend of baseball while supporting a great cause right here in our community.

This tournament is a fundraiser for the BBA, which helps support our local summer ball program, field, equipment, umpires, workers and opportunities for our kids to play the game they love. ❤️⚾️

Even if you don’t have a player in the tournament, we’d love to have you come down and watch some great local baseball talent! Bring the family, enjoy the atmosphere, and cheer on all the teams competing this weekend.

We’ll also have our concession stand running all weekend long with:
🥞 Breakfast items in the mornings
🍔 Lunch and dinner options throughout the day
☕ Coffee, snacks, drinks, and plenty more!

If you don’t have plans this weekend, come spend some time at the ball field and support Bevier Baseball Association! We can’t wait for a fun weekend of baseball and community support.

There will be no games in Bevier or on the Shelbina girls field tonight due to wet field conditions. The 15U boys game at Shelbina is still on though. Games played in Macon on the Tigerette field will be delayed to start by one hour. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this early wet season!

Daisy wants everyone to know the date of the next BBA meeting is 6/7 at 7pm at the ball field.

The monthly board meeting originally scheduled for tonight has been moved to Thursday the 14th at 5pm. The meeting will be held at the Bevier ball field.

The MBA has provided youth league summer baseball, softball, and T-Ball to the Macon, MO community and surrounding area since 1984.
