Weather is looking good . Barb Moore from thank you for leading the practice tomorrow morning. Lovely way to start a Sunday🧘🏻🧘🏻See you at 9:30 on Municipal Center Lawn.

Barb will be offering the Sunday morning (September 6) Yoga Among the Sculptures class tomorrow from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. This will be the 3rd and final class that we are partnering with Bethel Arts to offer this season. It has been a great opportunity to give back to the community, partner with a wonderful organization and see many friends (and make some new ones) as a result of these sessions. We hope to find other chances to collaborate with Bethel Arts throughout the year. Thank you all and Bethel Arts! ❤️

Just a reminder, this is an outdoor donation based class (donations go towards Bethel Arts). The class is offered on the Bethel Municipal Center lawn. The series is open to the public and the class is mixed level. Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you and dress appropriately for an outdoor session as the mornings can be a bit chillier now.

Please join Bethel Arts and friends for the last Yoga Among the Sculptures 2026 class of the season on September 20th for a special Fall Equinox class that will include yoga, meditation, and a sound bath. Usher in new beginnings relaxed, restored and renewed. 🍁🍂

MENTAL HEALTH performs 7pm Wed Aug 26 on the patio at LaZingara. MENTAL HEALTH is a band with roots deeply embedded in the bluesy rock'n' roll sounds of the '60's and '70s. The band includes co-founding members with over 40 years of touring and studio recording. Richard Madwid - Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist; Paul Winsor - Bassist/Backing Vocals; Ed Train - Hammond Organ/Piano; Joe Fiorini - Drums/Backing Vocals.
MENTAL HEALTH has opened for numerous major artists with the likes of bands like America, the Beach Boys, Dave Mason, and Jonathan Edwards...

Come join us tomorrow morning🧘🏻🧘🏻

This summer, Bethel Arts is sponsoring a display of large scale outdoor sculpture exhibit featuring 7 sculptures from award winning regional artists, displayed on the municipal Center lawn and outside the Bethel library.

They are offering a series, Yoga Among the Sculptures, a donation based class (donations go towards Bethel Arts) on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30 am on the Bethel Municipal Center lawn. This series is open to the public to practice yoga under the trees adjacent to the beautiful sculptures.

We will be partnering with them and your beloved YogaSpace instructors will be offering classes on the following dates: August 16th (Debbie Isaacs), August 30th (Kate Petty) and September 6th (Barb Moore). Please join us!

The series closes on September 20th. All are welcome as we usher in the Fall Equinox. This class will include meditation and a sound bath.
