What does it take to make Employment First a reality?

This week, nearly 200 advocates, providers, educators, employers, and community partners gathered at the 2026 CT APSE Conference to explore just that.

We're proud that Carrie O'Connell and Kate Travis served as CT APSE Co-Presidents, helping lead this impactful event. Ability Beyond was also honored to serve as a Program Strand Sponsor, with three conference sessions led by our team, including John Schiller, Glenna Rains, Kevin Cooper, Griffin Hollis and Andrea Brunner.

Thank you to everyone working to create more opportunities for people with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment.
