Summer Steppin’ is open for registration! The challenge officially kicks off June 21st—the first day of summer 😎 This is a 4-week challenge and the goal is 10k steps a day 🚶🚶‍♀️

Registration is $10. Participants receive a sweat towel and a T -shirt.

T-shirts have been generously donated in the memory of Steve Zanardelli—a member of Spencer who loved our summer steppin’ program. He sadly died at age 44.

There will be many of opportunities to get your steps in as part of the Spencer YMCA community— including member hikes and the Sunday run club . Let’s enjoy summer together ☀️☀️

👋 Hello Spencer Family YMCA community!

I am absolutely thrilled to step into my new role as your Executive Director. Growing up, the Y was my second home and truly shaped who I am today. It’s why leading this YMCA is a responsibility I take straight to heart.

I’ve spent my career within the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, most recently serving as the Executive Director at the Sampson Family YMCA in Plum. Now, I am incredibly honored to serve Bethel Park and our neighboring communities.

My goal is to ensure the Spencer Family Y remains a place where everyone feels they belong. I can’t wait to meet you all in the hallways, join you in group exercise classes, and work together to grow our impact.

I can’t wait to get started and see you around the Y!
