Do one thing this week simply because it brings you joy. Blow bubbles, listen to music, or enjoy lunch with a friend.

Healing does not erase our love or our memories. It changes the way pain lives within us.

You don't have to remain in constant pain to prove how deeply you love your child.

Healing will not erase their name, their face, their voice, or the moments you shared. Love does not disappear when pain begins to loosen its grip.

And if your pain still feels heavy today, please don't receive this as a deadline.

Healing has its own pace, and God knows exactly where you are.

For today, simply give yourself permission to believe that one day, the memory may remain while the pain it carries begins to change.

Your love will still be there.
