Cancer Challenge Week officially kicked off Monday night as we gathered to celebrate the incredible volunteers who make our mission possible year after year. 💛

The annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner is one of our favorite traditions, a special evening dedicated to honoring the people whose time, talents, and hearts help us support world-class cancer care right here in Northwest Arkansas.

Congratulations to Holli Smith Patrick, recipient of the Volunteer of the Year Award! Holli's compassion, generosity, and unwavering commitment to others make a lasting impact on everyone she meets.

Congratulations also to Gay Gladney Prescott Prescott, our Hidden Hero Award recipient. Gay's behind-the-scenes dedication, leadership, and willingness to step up whenever needed embody the true spirit of volunteerism.

We were inspired by our guest speaker, Ken Lassiter, who has faithfully volunteered with Cancer Challenge for 29 years. Ken shared how volunteering has enriched his life and encouraged everyone to make service a part of their journey, reminding us that giving back fills the heart in ways nothing else can.

Thank you to Dan Meteorologist Dan Skoff for joining us and keeping the weather in check this week for our sporting events and for the inspirational message given by Board Chair, Eric Howerton.

To all of our volunteers THANK YOU for your passion, commitment, and servant hearts. Cancer Challenge simply would not be possible without you.
