SIYEN is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting youth prevention programming through administrative support, organization, reporting, communications, and project management.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
✅ Is highly organized and dependable
✅ Can work independently and manage their time effectively
✅ Is comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms
✅ Has strong computer skills and attention to detail
✅ Can create and manage spreadsheets, forms, and reports
✅ Communicates professionally through email and phone
✅ Takes initiative and problem-solves without constant direction
✅ Is passionate about supporting youth and community programs

Required Skills:
Direct or indirect Lived experience
Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Data entry and reporting
File organization and document management
Canva experience is a plus
Ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly
