🍽️ WE NEED YOUR FAVORITE EASY DINNER RECIPES! 🍽️

We’re working on a new idea for the Hope 402 pantry — Dinner Bags! 💙💛

We want to put together bags that include the ingredients for a simple meal AND the recipe to make it!

Because I know I’m not the only one who has looked at the food in the pantry and thought… “Okay, but what can I actually make with this?” 😂

That’s where we need YOUR help!

👇 Drop your favorite simple, family-friendly dinner recipes in the comments!

We’re especially looking for meals that:
• Use basic, affordable ingredients
• Don’t require a ton of extra items
• Are easy to prepare
• Can feed a family
• Use mostly shelf-stable ingredients when possible

Think casseroles, soups, pasta dishes, crockpot meals, skillet meals — anything that is simple, filling, and GOOD!

We’d love to take your ideas and turn them into Dinner Bags for families in Bennington, Elkhorn, and Waterloo. ❤️

We are at the warehouse filling orders and reorganizing to help make things more efficient! 🙌

We’re also working on getting electric set up so we can get our refrigerators and freezers running, which will allow us to offer even more food options to the families we serve in Bennington, Elkhorn, and Waterloo!

I absolutely LOVE watching this all come together! 🥹 What started as an idea continues to grow because of the incredible support from our community.

Every donation, every share, every person who has offered to help — YOU are helping us build this!

We’re learning, growing, organizing, and figuring out how to serve our community better every single day. 💙

Y’ALL… WE NEEDED HELP, AND YOU SHOWED UP!! 🙌💙

We are SO incredibly grateful for every donation, every share, every person who reached out, and every single person who helped us start filling these shelves back up!

Today we are excited to be at the Hope 402 warehouse filling grocery bags and working through our waitlist so we can get food into the hands of families who need it.

We truly cannot say THANK YOU enough.

But the need is still very real — so let’s keep this momentum going!

Every box of cereal. Every canned meat. Every snack. Every dollar donated. Every share of our posts. It all adds up, and it all helps a local family.

We are currently looking for donations of baby formula and diapers to help families in our community.

Our specific needs right now are:
🍼 Enfamil Gentlease Formula
👶 Pampers Diapers – Size 2

If you’re able to donate either of these items, it would be an incredible help! Even one can of formula or one box of diapers makes a difference for a family who needs it.

Hope 402’s pantry currently serves families in Bennington, Elkhorn, and Waterloo, and your donations allow us to continue saying YES when families reach out for help.

💙 OUR HEARTS ARE SO FULL. 💙

📍 HOPE 402 PANTRY CURRENTLY SERVES BENNINGTON • ELKHORN • WATERLOO

Donations are coming in, and we truly cannot put into words how grateful we are for every single person who has stepped up to support Hope 402!

Just a few days ago, we were watching our pantry shelves empty while more and more families reached out for help. We knew we couldn’t do this without our community.

And you showed up.

Every bag of groceries. Every box dropped off. Every dollar donated. Every post shared. Every person who told someone about Hope 402. It all matters.

Because of YOU, we are beginning to restock our shelves, and we will soon be reaching back out to families on our waitlist in Bennington, Elkhorn, and Waterloo to begin setting up more pantry deliveries!

These aren’t just groceries.

They’re meals on a family’s table.
They’re one less worry during a difficult season.
They’re a reminder that someone in their community cares.

Hope 402 is still growing, and there is still so much need, but watching our community rally around this mission has been absolutely incredible.
