🎒🍎 **Our Summer Food Bag Program was a success!**

This summer, we were able to provide food support for **more than 43 BPS students**, helping create greater food sustainability for students and families during the summer months.

A huge thank you to our generous donors and community partners, The Bennington Community Food Pantry and the Bennington Women’s Club! Your support made this program possible and helped ensure local students had access to food while school was out. 💛

As we head into the new school year, our **School Year Food Bag Program** will continue providing weekend food support for BPS students and families in need.

📅 **Bag Pick Up Begins: Saturday, August 22**
📍 **St. John’s**
⏰ **Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM**

Families can sign up for weekend food bags here:

Thank you to everyone who helps us make sure our students are supported not only in the classroom, but at home and over the weekends too. ❤️

Miriam is a treasured member of our Woman’s Club!! Congratulations Miriam (and Ken too)!! This is so well deserved!!🎉👏😊

🌿 **Congratulations to Ken and Miriam Sukraw, the City of Bennington's July Yard of the Month winners!** 🏡

Mayor Clint Adams had the pleasure of presenting the award to Ken and Miriam at their beautiful home at **12109 N. 156th Street**. Their dedication to creating and maintaining such a welcoming landscape has helped make Bennington an even more beautiful place to call home.

In recognition of their efforts, they received the City of Bennington's Yard of the Month award along with a **$50 gift card**. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor! 🌸

🌼 **Know a yard that deserves the spotlight?** Your nomination could help recognize another homeowner who takes pride in making our community shine! Email your nomination to [email protected]
