🎉🎂 ONE YEAR OF THE DOUGH DUO! 🎂🎉
One year. One tiny stand. One big idea that turned into SO much more than we ever imagined! 🩷🤍
When we started The Dough Duo, we had no idea just how much could happen in a year. What started as a little bake stand has grown into something we are so incredibly proud of, and we owe so much of that to our amazing community.
✨ A few things we’re celebrating after year one:
🩷 Growing from a tiny bake stand into something bigger than we ever imagined.
🥐 Baking for catering events with Elizabeth's Bagels and getting the opportunity to be part of some pretty incredible events, including baking for some of the higher-ups at Gillette Stadium for the World Cup! WHAT?! 🤯 We are still a little blown away by opportunities like these!
🍞 Partnering with The Little Shop of Olive Oils where they stock our sourdough and focaccia. We absolutely LOVE your store and are so grateful to have our products there!
🍦 Partnering with The Chill Zone and getting to be part of the fun you bring to the community!
👩🍳 Having our coworkers at our other jobs and our friends become our unofficial taste testers. You’ve all been part of the process, from trying new recipes to giving us honest feedback (whether we asked for it or not 😂).
📣 And a HUGE shoutout to Kate Decker for constantly hyping up our products wherever she goes! Every small business needs a Kate in their corner, and we are so lucky to have you! 🩷
And of course, to our friends and family who have supported us, encouraged us, listened to us talk endlessly about cinnamon rolls, and probably wondered if we would ever stop baking… thank you. 😂
To every single person who has stopped at our stand, placed a preorder, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on — YOU are a huge part of this story. Every purchase, every kind word, and every bit of support has helped us grow.
We started with an idea and a tiny stand, and one year later, we have built something that means so much to us. We are two sisters who love baking, and getting to share that with all of you has been the best part of this journey.
We know this is only the beginning, and we cannot wait to see what year two brings! 🥹🩷
