Last night, we came together for St. Louis GameChangers: Score for Sight 2026 hosted by the Foundation Fighting Blindness at Energizer Park! This new signature event was truly inspiring and surrounded by a supportive crowd with great food, drinks and music.

Our guests experienced interactive adaptive sports on the soccer field! Our different activation stations included: a penalty kick shootout with low to-no vision simulations, a hands-on beep baseball demo, and tethered movement.

We are proud to be in partnership with an amazing organization in the support of vision-saving research for those affected by blinding diseases.

Congratulations to high school artist Bailey Schafer from Marion High School as the winner of MindsEye's Out of Sight Award at the High School Art Show at Art on the Square! Bailey's mixed media piece entitled "My Comfort Zone" was selected by judges Seyoon and Liam. They both enjoyed exploring Bailey's piece and discovered more surprises every time they went back to it.

The artwork is a 3-dimensional miniature bedroom. The base is clay, but a variety of textures make up many of the details. Of special interest were the soft curtains, the open windows, the round rug, and the armoire doors with tiny handles.

Bailey was awarded a check for $247 to remind artists to consider accessibility 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
