Our next dine and donate is April 16th from 4 PM to 10 PM. All carry out and dine in are counted. This time around we are doing things a little different. They will not accept a paper receipt. You must use the 7 digit code which is on the flyer. We also earn 20% on each transaction. This is your chance to not have to cook dinner and and help the (Band) just by eating dinner! Plus, if you use RaiseRight you can buy a gift card for Texas roadhouse and earn an extra 8% for the band. That’s 28% just for coming and having a great meal while helping the (Band).

GOOD EVENING!
I’d like to thank everyone that came out for the parents meeting on Monday! We had a great turnout. Also, thank you to everyone that has donated items to the glo-bingo. We will have some great baskets for the silent auction! Plus, a couple of surprises! We still have tickets available for the event! So hurry and grab your family, friends, or neighbors and get your tickets before they’re gone. The option to buy tickets before the event will cut off at 10 AM on Friday. SEE YOU THERE!

Our Belleville Band is selling Eckert’s pies as a fundraiser. We will be taking orders until October 30. Money is due at time of ordering. The pies are $22 apiece and we have a variety of pies to sell. How
Can I order one of these yummy pies you ask? Just ask one of your favorite (Band) kids (or parents !)The pies will be delivered November 24 at the concession stand. Instead of having to slave in the kitchen, you can just bring a yummy Eckert’s pie to the family dinner.

Good Morning, Welcome to the 2024-2025 Lancer Bands online Spirit Wear Fundraiser! The store will be open for two weeks starting today. We are excited to offer many new Spirit Wear items to the store! The band gets a commission on each item purchased!
Plus, everything purchased from the online store will be delivered to you on Parent Preview Night. Which is the last day of band camp! WE HOPE YOU HAVE FUN SHOPPING! ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE REACH OUT.

OUR RUMMAGE SALE is July 11-13!

Been wanting to clean out those closets?
But, don’t know where to take your stuff? WE WILL TAKE YOUR DONATIONS!! PLUS, we’ll make it easy for you. Just put it in your car and drop it off at band practice when you drop your kiddos off! Volunteers will be at the trailers near the football field to unload your items on these days.

Get ready! We are but one week away from the opening of "Chicago: Teen Edition"! Visit this link to get your tickets. If you are a theater alum from East, we would love to chat after (or before) the show. Dates are Friday and Saturday, April 26 and 27 at 7:00 PM and Sunday, April 28 at 2:00 PM. This will be an amazing show!

Next up, we have senior Ash Tessereau. Ash is the daughter of Mark and Linda Tessereau of Belleville. She played the saxophone her freshman year and is now the principal oboe in Wind Ensemble. She has also been a member of the Belleville East Jazz Band. Ash is a color guard member for the competitive band as well as winter guard where she served as captain her senior year. She began with the Junior Lancers Winter Guard in 5th grade. Ash made the ILMEA district band her sophomore, junior and senior years. For junior and senior year, she was in the Bi State honor band at SIUE. Senior Year, she was principal oboe in the Bi State Honor Band. She has also been the sound engineer for the past three years of musicals and plays at East. Ash is a member of National Honor Society, Thespian Honor Society, Beta Chi Phi, Tri-M and Drama Club at East. Ash is proud of her work with the middle school winter guard team where she has had the chance to share her love for guard and watch as they grow their skills with her help. She was also selected by her peers as the Most Outstanding Sound Technician in the Theater Program her sophomore year. Ash plans to attend Ball State University in the fall to major in Audio Engineering in their Music Media Production Course. While attending Ball State University, she also plans to join an independent winter guard and coach other schools. We wish you the best in your future, Ash!

Ashley Harris is our next band senior. Ashley is the daughter of Raven and Brandon Harris of Belleville. Ashley plays the flute in both the marching band and the symphonic band at East. She enjoys hanging out with friends, taking pictures, traveling and shopping and has been a member of ecology club, chess club and Spanish club while at East. She is most proud of getting out of her comfort zone, meeting new people and making new friends while at East. After graduation, Ashley plans to attend Maryville University to major in interior design. Her favorite band memory is winning Grand Champions at EIU for the show After Dark. She has also loved making new friends and getting closer to the other flute players. We wish you the best in your future, Ashley!
