September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 💛🎗️

Going gold is more than changing a profile picture or wearing a ribbon. It’s choosing to see these children, hear their stories, support their families and stand beside them.

You don’t need a huge platform or a big donation to make a difference. Wear gold. Share a fact. Donate what you can. Support a family. Speak up for more research and better, less toxic treatments.

Every action matters because behind every gold ribbon is a child who deserves the chance to grow up, chase their dreams and have many more tomorrows. 💛

This September, we’re asking our community to help us turn awareness into action and hope into change.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 🎗️💛🎗️

But for families who have heard the words “your child has cancer,” awareness doesn’t begin on September 1st and it doesn’t end on September 30th. It’s every single day.

This September, GO GOLD. For the fighters. For the survivors. For the angels. For every child and family impacted by childhood cancer.

GO GOLD for the fighters and survivors who carry stories, scars, strength and many times lifelong effects long after treatment ends.

GO GOLD for the beautiful angels who should still be here, the children whose lives were far too short, but whose names, smiles, courage, and impact will never be forgotten. 🕊️🤍

Behind every statistic is a CHILD.
Behind every child is a FAMILY.
Behind every family is a story that deserves to be heard.

Childhood cancer has taken too much from too many families. Our children deserve better treatments, more research, more funding, fewer lifelong side effects and ultimately, cures.

So this September, don’t just wear gold.

Learn. Share. Speak their names. Support the fighters. Celebrate the survivors. Remember the angels. And help us keep fighting for every child who is unfortunately yet to be diagnosed. 🎗️🎗️🎗️

Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

As we celebrate the freedoms we often cherish, we also pause to honor the incredible strength of the children and families who continue fighting battles most people never see.

Today, we’re grateful for the freedom to hope, the freedom to dream, and the freedom to keep believing that brighter days are ahead.

May this Fourth of July be filled with laughter, love, and meaningful moments with those who matter most. And as fireworks light up the sky tonight, may they remind every child facing illness that even after the darkest nights, light always finds a way to shine.

🎉🎓🏆 Graduation Wish Granted! 🏆🎓🎉

A special graduation wish has become a reality!

Because of the kindness and generosity of our community, Hector now has the LEGO set he was hoping for! Seeing his excitement and smile reminds us why we do what we do.

At King Fights Cancer Foundation, every act of kindness big or small helps create moments of joy for children and families facing some of life’s toughest challenges. Hector’s graduation wish was granted and his happiness is a reminder that hope can be built one brick at a time.

Thank you to Devon and Craig for making this graduation wish possible. Together, we are creating smiles, memories and moments that families will never forget.

Today, we celebrate the power of love, remembrance, and community. 💛

Thank you, Rosie, and all of your incredible supporters, for choosing to honor your grandmother Paula’s memory through fundraising for King Fights Cancer Foundation.

After her grandmother was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, Rosie had the honor of caring for her during her final weeks. Through this fundraiser, she has transformed that love into hope for children and families facing cancer.

Your generosity reminds us all that even in loss, we can create lasting impact.

As caregivers, we hold onto moments like this when light finds its way in, even on the hardest days.

April is Autism Awareness Month 🧩

At King Fights Cancer Foundation, we believe every child deserves to feel celebrated, seen and supported for exactly who they are.

Many of the children and families we meet are navigating more than one diagnosis. We’ve witnessed the strength and the incredible light that shines in every child no matter their journey.

Not all disabilities are visible.
But they deserve to be understood.

King’s journey is a reminder of this. While fighting blood cancer, you could not see what he was going through but he remained relentless. Today, he lives with a rare blood disease and it’s something that is not visible but just because you can’t see it, does not mean it’s not there.

This is why awareness, patience and understanding matter. Every child is facing something different and every story deserves compassion.

We stand with the autism community to:

Some bonds aren’t built in easy moments, they’re built in the ones that test you.

Through every hospital visit and every unknown before, during and after four years of chemotherapy treatment, King’s siblings are always lovingly and patiently by his side.

At King Fights Cancer Foundation, we know that a cancer diagnosis or any chronic illness doesn’t only affect the patient, it impacts the entire family. For this reason, we always make sure his siblings are part of the good moments as they earned it alongside King on difficult days.

A special thank you to everyone who sees the siblings, include them and create space for them. Today we celebrate and honor all siblings and their unwavering support day in and day out.

There are moments in life that change you forever and for us, cancer was one of them.

King Fights Cancer Foundation was created from a place no family wants to be in; hospital rooms. There are long days, uncertain nights and the hope that tomorrow will be a better day.

But in the midst of it we also found something powerful, the impact of small acts of kindness.

A toy.
A game.
A moment of distraction.
A reason for a child to smile when everything around them feels heavy.

That’s why we do what we do.

King Fights Cancer Foundation exists to remind children and families facing unimaginable battles that they are not alone. Through toy donations, curated hospital kits and free resources for families, we’re turning adversity into action, one child, one family and one moment at a time.

Because cancer takes a lot but it will never take away our ability to give, to love and to show up for others.
