Today is National I Love You Day.

Take a moment to tell someone you love them. A phone call, a hug, a visit, or a simple message can make a meaningful difference.

Connection matters. Love matters. And sometimes, a few simple words can mean everything. ❤️

💚 Give yourself the green light to prioritize your mental health.

World Mental Health Day is a reminder that our mental wellbeing deserves care and attention—not just today, but every day.

Take a moment to check in with yourself. Rest when you need to. Reach out when you need support. Make time for connection, movement, laughter, and the things that bring you joy.

There’s no “right” pace for taking care of yourself. Every small step toward greater wellbeing matters. 🚦💚

Your mental health matters. Give yourself permission to care for it.

Lewy body dementia (LBD) can look different from what many people expect. 🧠

It’s more than memory loss. Changes in attention and thinking, movement, sleep, mood, alertness, and perception can all be part of the picture.

This Lewy Body Dementia Awareness Month, we’re shining a light on some of the signs you may not expect—and helping caregivers, families, and communities better understand what LBD can look like. 💜

Because the more we understand, the better we can support those living with LBD and the people caring for them. 🫶

Sometimes depression has a voice that tells us we’re a burden, that we should be able to handle it alone, or that things will never get better. 💭

This Depression Awareness Month, let’s practice answering those thoughts with compassion, understanding, and support. 💜

You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to have it all figured out. And you don’t have to go through it alone.

Let’s make space for honest conversations about mental health—and remind each other that reaching out for support is okay. 🫶

Sometimes it’s not that you’re not trying… your brain just works a little differently. 🧠💭

For ADHD Awareness Month, we’re giving some of those everyday “WHY did I just do that?” moments a little more context. From working memory to time perception to task initiation, understanding what’s happening can help replace frustration with a little more compassion. 💜

Because ADHD is more than just being distracted—and understanding starts with awareness.

What’s IN? ✨ Challenging ageism.

What’s OUT? 🚫 Stereotypes about what it means to grow older.

This International Day of Older Persons, we’re celebrating the individuality, experiences, contributions, and possibilities of older adults—and reminding ourselves that there’s no one way to age. 💜

Let’s make space for every generation, challenge assumptions, and see aging for what it is: a natural part of life. 🫶
