What do you do when hurt has taught you to build walls around your heart? Join me at Restored Women’s Conference in Lima, Ohio, on Friday, November 13, as I share what it means to “Risk Trust; & Restore Relationships.”

We’ll explore what it looks like to risk trusting again…not because the hurt didn’t happen, but because it doesn’t get the final say. When we find our God-breathed identity, trust God with our vindication, and rest in the love of our Heavenly Father, we can begin to let those walls down. There is hope in restoration! 🤍

Healthy boundaries aren’t about pushing people away, they’re about creating healthier, more honest relationships.

Setting boundaries can be difficult, especially when we’re afraid of disappointing others. But learning to communicate our needs, respect others’ limits, and recognize what we are responsible for can lead to stronger and healthier relationships.

Together, they explore grief, depression, trauma, addiction, doubt, biblical lament, and the pressure to put on a “Sunday smile.” They also talk about why our songs of faith don’t have to shy away from sorrow, and how music can help us remember what is true even when we don’t feel it.
