Our spirit wear sale is now active and will be open until 11/8/26 at 11:59pm! Use the link below to order new spirit wear from Marketing Matters for this season. This is optional, but offered yearly and serves as a small fundraiser for the club. You will order directly from the link if you would like to make a purchase. Once the orders are processed and printed after the 11/8/26 end date, they will be sent home with your swimmer from practice. Orders are not printed until after the final day of the sale. I will send an email and post on Facebook on the day we plan to send them home so you are aware the items are on the way. There are many options available in our traditional "LCA Swim" design (with white letters) and the new design (that will only be available during this sale). If you have any questions you can reach out to me at [email protected].

What a great practice meet! Our swimmers did an awesome job this evening. All of their hard work is paying off and was evident in the results this evening! We’ll post official event results by the end of the week.

We hope everyone had a wonderful fall break!

Over Labor Day weekend, several LCA families helped out at the Claude Akins Golf Outing at Otis Park. This is one of our largest fundraisers for the year and I'm excited to announce that the Bedford Recreation Foundation is donating $1750 to our club for our volunteer efforts at the event!

The BRF board members will present us with a check on Thursday, October 22nd around 6:10 pm at the pool. They would like to get a photo of the check presentation with swimmers and the board. We plan to end red group a few minutes early so the swimmers can participate and would ask that White and Blue group swimmers come early to be in the photo. We'll be handing out team shirts new swimmers and swim lessons participants this week. We ask that swimmers wear an LCA shirt for the photo.

We hope to see you there on Thursday!

Thanks to everyone who made it out for the parent meeting. We've attached the information we discussed during the meeting- who to contact, how to stay up to date on news, events, meets and the practice schedule, where to find team gear and our volunteer needs for this and future seasons.

We also introduced Coach Kelsey to our swim family and she provided insights into her coaching methodology and expectations for swimmers and swim families. We'll post the updated handbook on the LCA website and share the link with the team, once it's finalized.

One note about Fall Break- we'll have practice at the regularly scheduled times, please see practice calendar for more details. No swim lessons during fall break- we'll resume lessons the following week.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions!!
