The Bedford Men’s Club was proud to once again help celebrate the graduating 4th graders of Peter Woodbury School and their families by grilling 230 hamburgers and 150 hot dogs for this special event.

Despite temperatures reaching 90 degrees on Wednesday, June 10, our members were happy to come together and support a community we care deeply about.

Congratulations to the Peter Woodbury School graduating class! Thank you for allowing us to be part of your celebration. We wish you all the best as you begin the next chapter of your educational journey and look forward to celebrating with next year's graduates.

Thanks to everyone that stopped by to grab some food from the Bedford Men's Club at yesterday's pre-Memorial Day parade! Rumor has it that the burgers were tasty.

Today is Bedford’s Memorial Day Parade, and Mother Nature is finally being kind to us! As always, the Bedford Men’s Club will be grilling burgers and hot dogs for everyone in attendance. Come by to support the town and local organizations.

Parade starts at 1pm at BHS and continues down County Rd to McKelvie Middle School.

The Bedford Men’s Club and the Bedford Fire Department assisted a Bedford resident veteran who passed away and required pall bearers at the funeral today at the Bedford Cemetary. Members of the VFW assisted. It was our pleasure to assist this veteran with his last trip. Our thoughts are with his family this day.

The BHS Red Storm 509 Robotics team is having their Summer Fun Raffle fundraiser. The BMC has proudly sponsored robotics annually.

Online raffle ticket sales end Thursday, May 7 at noon. A live drawing will be held later that evening at Evviva Trattoria at 7pm.

The deadline for scholarship applications has passed. Thanks to everyone that not only submitted an application, but to everyone that spread the word! After a last day surge, we have had the highest number of applicants in recent years.

Winners will be announced in May.

Best of luck to all 2026 graduates. And to all 2027 graduates - remember us for next year!

Just in case you need a gentle reminder. Tomorrow (midnight) is the deadline to submit an application for the BMC scholarships! We are awarding a total of 4 scholarships to graduating Bedford seniors that have shown a commitment to volunteering as well as students interested in pursuing a career in the trades! Each scholarship has a value of $2000.
