Broiler, Steer, Lamb, Goat, Swine and Indoor Exhibits Entries & Broiler Orders ARE NOW OPEN!

All entries and orders are due online on or before Saturday December 5 by 11:59 pm

Late registration - Contact BYF secretary via email at [email protected] before Saturday December 12.

Tag-In will be on Sunday December 13 from 1-2 pm for only the animals that are housed at the Ag Barn and from 2-3 pm for all others at the fairgrounds.
If payments were not made online, payments made in person at tag-in can be made using exact cash or VENMO.
If paying via VENMO please put the exhibitor's name and project in the comments field.

**Parents and Exhibitors will be required to sign the Rule Book Acknowledgement and Ethics Form at Tag In.

Please remind the exhibitors to use an email address other than their school email as I am not able to email them if I need to contact them via email.

I will send periodic updates during registration with the exhibitors for each organization.

Note: The Rule Book is posted on the BYF website.

The Baytown Special Rodeo Association celebrated 25 years of the event that gives children with special needs a safe space to roam, be creative, pet farm animals, ride horses and connect with their community.

Validation will be on Sunday October 18 from 2-3 pm at the fairgrounds for those who do not pay online.

Scholarship Volunteer Hours Available

This Sunday at 11 am exhibitors can get scholarship hours helping clean the fairgrounds. Please meet in the back by arena. ***if you have a ridding lawn mower, push mower, weed-eater please bring them to help mow, blowers. We will also clean up the arena bathrooms.***
Scholarship applications will be passed out on Sunday to seniors. Please bring your folder with you. Don’t miss out on the chance to grab you a few hours.
