Is your recruiting sign getting a little too comfortable? 😂
It's time to MOVE IT!
Every Monday, grab one of your unit's Scout recruiting signs and move it to a NEW location where a whole new group of families can see it!
🚙 MOVE IT – Find your sign a new home
📸 SNAP IT – Take a picture in its new location
💬 POST IT – Add your new picture as a comment on this post each week
📍 TELL US WHERE – Include the location with your photo. It can be an address, business, school, intersection, church, park, or other recognizable location.
🎟️ EACH WEEK = ANOTHER ENTRY!
Each week your unit posts a photo from a new location, your unit will receive ONE entry into a random drawing for a surprise Scouting-related prize!
Participate all four weeks? That's FOUR chances in the drawing!
🪧 BUT THE SIGN ACTUALLY HAS TO MOVE! 😂
A picture facing north this week and south next week doesn't count! Your sign needs to be moved to a different location each week so we're reaching new neighborhoods and new families.
Example:
📸 Week 1 – Corner of Main St. & Baker Rd.
📸 Week 2 – In front of ABC Elementary
📸 Week 3 – Joe's Hardware Store
📸 Week 4 – Community Park entrance
📅 LAST ENTRY: Monday, October 5
🎟️ All eligible weekly entries will be placed into a random drawing
🏆 WINNER ANNOUNCED: Roundtable, Thursday, October 8!

The goal is simple: get those signs out of storage, keep them moving around our communities, and put Scouting in front of as many new families as possible.

What an honor to be a part of such a great mission! In scouting we teach our children the importance of helping others. Service is intertwined with our entire program. From a simple act of saying hello to your neighbor to helping feed those in need. Thank you Hearts and Hands of Baytown for allowing us to help!!
